The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) on June 25, 2026, issued the corrigendum notification regarding the Anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “Sodium Nitrite” from China PR.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Corrigendum has been issued to the anti-dumping investigation initiation notification dated June 23, 2026 under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975.
• Paragraph 10 of the original notification has been revised to change the Period of Investigation (POI) from the applicant's proposed April 01, 2025–December 31, 2025 (9 months) to April 01, 2025–March 31, 2026 (12 months).
• The injury analysis period will cover FY 2022–23, 2023–24, 2024–25, and the revised POI (2025–26).
