The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on July 09, 2026, notified regarding the mock trading session in the Electronic Gold Receipts (EGR) segment on Saturday, July 11, 2026.
The following has been stated:
• NSE will conduct a mock trading session in the Electronic Gold Receipts (EGR) segment on July 11, 2026. The session will commence with the pre-open session at 12:30 PM, followed by the normal market from 12:45 PM to 3:00 PM, with the Block Deal Window scheduled from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM and the Auction Market from 1:30 PM to 2:15 PM. A live re-login session will be available between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM.
• Members are required to use NEAT+ EGR Version 1.0.0, available on the NSE Extranet, with the default password "Neat@EG1". NSE has clarified that no financial obligations will arise from trades executed during the mock session. The circular also provides updated login parameters, market data broadcast details, installation procedures for the NEAT-EG trading terminal, and operational guidelines for trading system switchover to the Disaster Recovery (DR) Site to ensure business continuity during contingency scenarios.
