This price applies specifically to the formulation manufactured and marketed by the companies listed, and manufacturers of such “new drugs” must not exceed this notified price.
The notification also outlines compliance requirements, including proper price listing, display by retailers, and adherence to statutory regulations. Manufacturers may add GST if applicable, and any overcharging will result in recovery of the excess amount with interest under the relevant legal provisions.
