The Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (MoAFW), on July 6, 2026, issued an order amending its earlier notification dated February 25, 2026 under the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985. The amendment has been made in exercise of the powers conferred under Clause 22(c) of the Fertiliser (Control) Order, 1985.
The order revises the registered addresses of two fertiliser manufacturing plants of Reliance Industries Limited notified under the earlier order. The updated addresses relate to the Company's facilities located at Manglaya, Indore and Adampur Chawni, Bhopal, both in the State of Madhya Pradesh.
The amendment is limited to the substitution of the plant addresses against Serial Nos. 5 and 6 of the earlier notification, while all other provisions of the notification dated February 25, 2026 continue to remain unchanged.
