The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA), on July 8, 2026, issued an addendum to its earlier orders dated March 25, 2026 and April 30, 2026 relating to the ceiling price fixation of scheduled I.V. fluid formulations (non-glass with special features). The addendum updates the list of manufacturers covered under the existing pricing framework.
The addendum inserts M/s Sachin Parenteral Pvt. Ltd. as Serial No. 39 in Table B, with its product/brand “Euro Head / Safe Port.” It also introduces a new Clause (g2) specifying the applicability of the ceiling prices to this manufacturer.
Under the newly inserted clause, only the prices of the formulations specified at Serial Nos. 1, 3, and 8 of Table A shall apply to M/s Sachin Parenteral Pvt. Ltd. All other provisions of the earlier ceiling price orders remain unchanged.
