The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on July 13, 2026, issued circular on Update in formats – SLBs.
The circular updates and revises the formats for certain agreements and annexures, in continuation of the earlier consolidated circular dated April 30, 2026.
The revised formats include:
• Bank Guarantee for Margin Deposit (Fungible) – Annexure 1(A)
• Renewal of Bank Guarantee – Annexure 2
• Deed of Pledge – Annexure 3
• Agreement for placing G-Sec/T-Bills as collateral – Annexure 4
• Participant and NCL Agreement – Annexure 5
Participants are advised to take note of these revised formats and use them for relevant purposes going forward.
