The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on July 13, 2026, issued circular on Update in formats - Capital Market Segment.
The circular notifies revised formats for various agreements and annexures, in continuation of the consolidated circular dated April 30, 2026.
The updated formats include:
• Bank Guarantee for Margin Deposit (Fungible) – Annexure 1(A)
• Bank Guarantee for Margin Deposit and Security Deposit (Non-Fungible) – Annexure 1(B)
• Renewal of Bank Guarantee (Margin & Security Deposit) – Annexure 2
• Deed of Pledge – Annexure 3
• Agreement for placing G-Sec/T-Bills as collateral – Annexure 4
• Agreement between Member, Custodian & Constituent – Annexure 5
• Agreement between Member and Client – Annexure 6
Members and custodians are advised to adopt these revised formats for all relevant purposes going forward.
