Secretarial ComplianceThe NSE Clearing Limited (NCL) issued an update to the formats applicable to the Currency Derivatives Segment, in continuation of its consolidated circular dated April 30, 2026. The revised formats relate to documentation required for collateral management and security arrangements.

The updated formats cover Bank Guarantees for fungible and non-fungible margin deposits, renewal of bank guarantees, Deed of Pledge, agreements for placing Government Securities (G-Secs)/Treasury Bills (T-Bills) as collateral, and documents for acceptance of Foreign Sovereign Securities as collateral.

Members are advised to use the revised formats for the specified agreements and annexures while complying with the operational and collateral requirements of the Currency Derivatives Segment.
