The NSE Clearing Limited (NSE), issued an update to the formats applicable to the Futures and Options (F&O) segment, in continuation of its consolidated circular dated April 30, 2026. The revised formats relate to agreements and annexures used for collateral management, bank guarantees, pledges, and cross-margining arrangements.
The updated formats include those for Bank Guarantees (fungible and non-fungible margin deposits), renewal of bank guarantees, Deed of Pledge, agreements for placing Government Securities/Treasury Bills as collateral, documentation for acceptance of foreign sovereign securities as collateral, and agreements for availing cross-margining benefits between members, custodians, constituents, stockbrokers, and clients.
Members are advised to adopt the revised formats for the specified agreements and annexures in accordance with the updated requirements prescribed by the Clearing Corporation.
