NSE Quarterly Reporting Requirements for Capital Market Intermediaries

Secretarial ComplianceThe NSE IFSC Clearing Corporation Ltd. (NSEICC), on July 14, 2026, issued a circular requiring all registered clearing members, irrespective of whether their membership is active or inactive, to submit quarterly reports in accordance with the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) reporting framework for Capital Market Intermediaries.

The circular, issued pursuant to the IFSCA Circular dated April 8, 2026 and the IFSCA Master Circular dated May 12, 2026, clarifies that members must submit data relating only to the respective Clearing Corporation through the Member Portal. Members have also been advised to refer to the relevant NSEIX circular dated July 9, 2026 for the prescribed reporting format and user manual.

The quarterly report covering the period April 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026 must be submitted to the Clearing Corporation on or before July 21, 2026. All registered clearing members are required to ensure timely compliance with the reporting requirements.
