The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on July 16, 2026, notified regarding the mock trading session (from PR site) in the Equity Derivatives segment on July 18, 2026.
The following has been stated:
• BSE has scheduled a mock trading session in the Equity Derivatives segment on July 18, 2026 from the Primary (PR) site to facilitate testing of the Closing Auction Session (CAS) before its live implementation. The Exchange will conduct two mock sessions—Session 1 to test CAS-related changes and Session 2 to test regular trading functionalities without CAS for live readiness from July 20, 2026.
• Trading members, including those using third-party trading applications, are advised to test their systems using the new BOLT Pro TWS Version 13.25. Trades executed during the mock sessions will not attract any margin, pay-in/pay-out obligations, or create any legal rights or liabilities, and members are encouraged to participate actively.
