Secretarial ComplianceThe National Commodity Clearing Limited (NCCL), on July 16, 2026, announced a system testing mock session to be conducted on July 18, 2026 for testing the NCCL application and related clearing systems. The mock will cover Web NCFE, Web Extranet, RMS, and NCMS/NCSS, with separate trading sessions for commodities and the Mumbai Rainfall (RAINMUMBAI) contract.

The circular also notifies that the production Web NCFE and Web Extranet portals will remain unavailable from 4:00 a.m. on July 18, 2026, until 12:00 a.m. on July 19, 2026, while dedicated mock portals will be available for testing. During this period, production processing of client allocation, client collateral segregation reporting, and limit files will also remain suspended.

Members are advised that trades executed during the mock session will not create any funds or commodity settlement obligations and should restore their systems to the production environment after testing. Members are further encouraged to actively participate in the mock session and complete live re-login testing to ensure uninterrupted connectivity before the commencement of live trading on July 20, 2026.
