The National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX), on July 16, 2026, announced a system testing mock trading session to be conducted on July 18, 2026 for testing its trading application and related systems. The mock session will cover Trading, NEXTRA, Web NCFE, Web Extranet, and NOSS, with separate trading schedules for regular commodity contracts and the Mumbai Rainfall (RAINMUMBAI) contract.
The Exchange informed members that the production Web NCFE, Web Extranet, and NOSS portals will remain unavailable from 4:00 a.m. on July 18, 2026, until 12:00 a.m. on July 19, 2026, during which dedicated mock portals will be available. Production processing of client allocation, client collateral segregation reporting, and limit files will also remain suspended. Members using third-party or in-house trading applications are encouraged to utilize the mock session to test system functionalities.
The Exchange clarified that trades executed during the mock session will not result in any funds or commodity pay-in/pay-out obligations. Members are advised to restore their systems to the production environment after testing and actively participate in the mock session, including the live re-login exercise, to ensure seamless connectivity before live trading resumes on July 20, 2026.
