It outlines specific annexures required for different purposes, including new member enablement (Annexures 1 & 2), changes in settlement accounts (Annexures 1–4), closure of accounts (Annexure 5), and name changes (Annexure 6). Members must use the relevant annexures depending on the type of request being made.

Additionally, members are required to follow a standardized naming convention for settlement accounts. The primary account should be named as “<Member Name> <Segment> NCL Settlement Account,” while the secondary account should be named as “<Member Name> <Segment> NCL Secondary Settlement Account.”
