The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on July 16, 2026, issued clarifications on the effective date of the revised CGHS package rates.
The following has been stated:-
•ESIC has clarified that the revised CGHS package rates adopted through its Office Memorandum dated January 05, 2026, shall be effective from the same date specified in the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare's Office Memorandum dated October 03, 2025.
•The clarification has been issued in response to queries regarding the implementation date of the revised rates.
•This clarification has been issued with the approval of the Competent Authority.
