The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) on July 17, 2026, issued a notification regarding technical specifications of High End Equipment (HEE) –LC-HRMS.
The following has been stated:-
•FSSAI has finalized and issued indicative technical specifications for High-End Equipment (LC-HRMS) to guide procurement agencies.
•The specifications are advisory in nature and are not mandatory tender or procurement conditions.
•Procuring agencies may modify the specifications based on operational requirements, and FSSAI has clarified that it bears no responsibility for procurement-related decisions or contractual issues.
