Commercial Compliance The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on July 14, 2026, issued a notification regarding the procedure for determining Imports of Goods Produced Using Forced Labour.

The following has been stated:-

•The Procedure for the determination of imports of goods produced using forced labour is notified under Para 2.50A of HBP 2023.
