Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on July 20, 2026, issued a notification regarding FATF Public statement on jurisdictions on call for action and increased monitoring - June 2026 Plenary.

The following has been stated:-

•SEBI has informed the Exchange that the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) has released updated public statements following its June 2026 Plenary on jurisdictions with strategic AML/CFT deficiencies.

•The updated lists cover High-Risk Jurisdictions Subject to a Call for Action and Jurisdictions Under Increased Monitoring.

•Following the review, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iraq, and the Virgin Islands (UK) have been newly added to the list of jurisdictions under increased monitoring.

•Exchange members have been advised to take note of these updates and ensure necessary compliance with applicable AML/CFT requirements.
