Commercial Compliance The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on July 22, 2026, issued a notification regarding Syncing of ITC (HS), 2022- Schedule-1 (Import Policy) with Finance Act, 2026, dated March 30, 2026.

The following has been stated: -

•ITC (HS) 2022, Schedule-I (Import Policy), is amended in sync with the Finance Act, 2026. This shall come into force with immediate effect.
