Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), on July 23, 2026, announced a Mock Trading Session for the Equity Derivatives Segment to be conducted on Saturday, July 25, 2026. The exercise is intended to test the implementation of the Closing Auction Session (CAS) and trading functionalities ahead of live deployment. [Notice No. 20260723-30]

The mock trading will be conducted in two sessions—Session 1 from the Disaster Recovery (DR) site to test CAS-related changes, and Session 2 from the Primary (PR) site to validate regular trading functionalities without CAS changes. Trading members are required to use BOLT Pro TWS Version 13.25, and members using third-party trading applications are encouraged to test CAS-related functionalities during the mock session.

The Exchange clarified that mock trades will not attract any margin, pay-in, or pay-out obligations and will not create any legal rights or liabilities. Members are requested to actively participate, submit feedback by 2:00 PM on the day of the mock session, and coordinate with the BSE Helpdesk or their Relationship Manager for any operational queries.
