The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on July 23, 2026, notified regarding the Renewal process for Registration of Research Analysts (RAs).
Registered Research Analysts (RAs) must renew their SEBI registration every five years by paying the prescribed renewal fee within three months prior to expiry to keep their registration valid.
The renewal fees are:
Payable to SEBI:
• Individuals/Partnerships: ₹1,000
• Body Corporates/LLPs: ₹5,000
Payable to BSE Limited (as RAASB):
• Individuals/Partnerships: ₹9,000
• Body Corporates/LLPs: ₹4,95,000
Payment to BSE must be completed first, after which the SEBI challan is generated. RAs are advised to ensure timely payment to avoid any disruption in registration.
