The Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd. (MCX) on July 23, 2026, issued a circular regarding Mock Trading from Disaster Recovery Site (DRS).
The following has been stated:-
•MCX will conduct a mock trading session on Saturday, July 25, 2026, with a special session from 3:55 PM to 3:59 PM and mock trading from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
•Members using the CTCL facility are required to participate through the MCX Enhanced Trading Interface (ETI) API version 1.4.2 and are encouraged to test their trading applications from their Disaster Recovery (DR) sites.
•Connectivity will be available via existing leased lines to the DC and DR sites or through live SSL VPN access.
•Trades executed during the mock session will not result in any pay-in or pay-out obligations, and members must restore their systems to the production environment after testing.
