The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on July 24, 2026, issued amendment in Import Policy of Suspension grade PVC resin (S-PVC) covered under ITC (HS) code 39041020 of Chapter 39 of ITC (HS), 2022, Schedule-I (Import Policy).
The Central Government hereby amends the import Policy of ITC (HS) Code 39041020 covered under Chapter 39 of ITC (HS) 2022, Schedule-I (Import Policy) with immediate effect:
(a) However, import of Suspension grade PVC Resin (SPVC) having CIF Value more than USD 0.766 per Kilogram is Free for a period of six months from the date of publication of this Notification
(b) The Minimum Import Price at (a) above, however, will not be applicable for import by 100% Export Oriented Units (EOUs), units in the SEZ and under the Advance Authorisation Scheme, subject to the condition that the imported inputs are not sold into the Domestic Tariff Area (DTA).
