The Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax on July 22, 2026, notified regarding the Change in the Office Address of the Maharashtra Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling for GST (MAAAR).
The Maharashtra Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling for GST (MAAAR) has shifted its office to a new location with immediate effect. The new office is situated at 4th Floor, GST Bhavan, 115, Maharshi Karve Road, opposite Churchgate Railway Station, Mumbai–400020.
All GST taxpayers, trade associations, tax practitioners, and other stakeholders are informed that any appeals, applications, correspondence, notices, or communications intended for MAAAR must now be sent to this new address.
Stakeholders are advised to update their records accordingly and ensure all future communications are directed to the revised office. Trade associations and chambers of commerce are also requested to circulate this information among their members for awareness and compliance.
