The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on July 27, 2026, issued a notification regarding a reminder for Half Yearly Reporting Submission for usage of Software as a Service (SaaS) based solutions/applications for the period January 2026 to June 2026.
The following has been stated:-
•BSE has reminded members to submit the half-yearly SaaS compliance report for January–June 2026 in accordance with SEBI’s advisory on the use of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
•The report must be filed electronically through the BEFS portal.
•The due date for submission is July 31, 2026.
•Members who are registered with both BSE and NSE should submit the SaaS report only to NSE, while exclusive BSE members must continue filing through the BEFS portal as per the existing process.
