•It establishes a structured system for the organization, administration, and operational control of fire stations and emergency personnel, including volunteers.
•The bill mandates strict fire prevention measures, fire safety supervisor appointments, and compulsory fire safety certificates or approvals for specified buildings and premises.
•It empowers designated authorities to conduct inspections, seal hazardous or non-compliant premises, and requisition water supplies during emergency operations.
•Additionally, it outlines stringent offenses, fines, and penalties for non-compliance, obstructing fire personnel, or making false emergency reports.
