The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on July 29, 2026, issued a notification regarding FATF Public Statements after the June 2026 Plenary.
The following has been stated:-
•BSE has directed members to submit the FATF Declaration through the BSE Electronic Filing System (BEFS) following the FATF June 2026 public statements on high-risk and increased monitoring jurisdictions.
•The electronic submission module will be available from July 30, 2026, and declarations must be submitted by August 19, 2026.
•Declarations must be on the organization's letterhead and duly signed by the Authorized Signatory/Compliance Officer, either physically or digitally.
•Non-submission or delayed submission will attract disciplinary action as per the Exchange notice dated April 17, 2026.
