The U. T. Administration of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu on July 20, 2026, issued a circular regarding Online Submission of Annual Return in Form-4 under Hazardous Waste Rules.
The following has been stated: -
•The Pollution Control Committee (PCC), Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu has mandated that Annual Returns in Form-4 under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 be submitted only through the OCMMS portal.
•As a one-time relaxation, authorized units may submit the FY 2025–26 return online up to August 7, 2026, while from FY 2026–27 onwards, returns must be filed by June 30 each year.
•Incorrect, delayed, or non-submission will be treated as non-compliance and may attract action under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 and the applicable Rules.
•Industries are advised to complete online filing well before the due date.
