Secretarial ComplianceThe National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX), on July 30, 2026, announced a Contingency Mock Trading Session to be held on August 1, 2026, along with testing of the migration of File Upload Functionality from Web Extranet to NCFE. Members have been requested to test the new file upload functionality on the NCFE platform prior to its production rollout. The mock session will cover Trading, NEXTRA, Web NCFE, Web Extranet, and NOSS.

For the mock exercise, the production Web NCFE, Web Extranet, and NOSS portals will remain unavailable from 4:00 A.M. on August 1, 2026, until 12:00 A.M. on August 2, 2026. During this period, client allocation, client collateral segregation reporting, and limit files for production will not be processed. Members are also required to participate in Tick-by-Tick (TBT) market data broadcast testing, and algorithmic trading members must mandatorily participate in the mock session in accordance with the applicable exchange requirements.

NCDEX has clarified that trades executed during the mock session will not create any funds or commodities pay-in/pay-out obligations. Members should restore their systems to the production environment after testing and re-login to the live system to verify connectivity and avoid operational issues on August 3, 2026.
