Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange (NSE) on June 30, 2026, issued a circular regarding upgradation of NCMS version in the CM Segment.

The following has been stated:-

•NSE Clearing has announced that NCMS version 4.2.4 will be available for download from August 01, 2026, as part of the NCMS upgradation in the Capital Market (CM) Segment. 

•The new version follows the earlier circular on OTP-based Two-Factor Authentication and NCMS upgrades. 

•Members are required to use the upgraded version, which will become effective from the trade date of August 03, 2026.
