Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), on July 31, 2026, announced a mock trading session for the Commodity Derivatives segment to be conducted on August 1, 2026. The exercise is intended to test system readiness across the Primary Site and Disaster Recovery (DR) Site. The Exchange has clarified that no new software version will be released for this mock session.

The mock exercise will comprise two trading sessions, with the first session conducted from the Primary Site, followed by the second session from the DR Site. The schedule also includes the position limit/collateral value setup cut-off and trade modification window, after which members are required to complete a live re-login to verify connectivity and operational readiness.

Members have been advised to follow the detailed instructions and technical guidelines provided in the annexures, including the prerequisites for participation in the mock environment and procedures for switchover to the Disaster Recovery (DR) Site, to ensure seamless trading operations.
