The National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on July 31, 2026, issued a circular regarding the FATF Public Statement on jurisdictions subject to a call for action and increased monitoring - June 2026 Plenary.
The following has been stated: -
•NCDEX has enabled an online facility on the WEB NCFE portal for members to submit details of actions taken in respect of jurisdictions identified by the FATF June 2026 Plenary.
•Members are required to submit the prescribed information through the Compliance → FATF – June 2026 module by August 19, 2026.
•Non-submission or delayed submission will attract disciplinary action in accordance with the Exchange's penalty framework.
•Members are advised to ensure timely compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
