The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on July 31, 2026, amended an older notification No. 66/2021-Customs (ADD), dated November 11, 2021, related to extension of Anti-Dumping Duty on Specified Imports.
The following has been stated: -
•In the notification, after paragraph 2 and before the Explanation, the following paragraph shall be inserted, namely: - “3. Notwithstanding anything contained in paragraph 2, the anti-dumping duty shall remain in force up to and inclusive of 10th February, 2027, unless revoked, superseded or amended earlier.”.
