Secretarial Compliance The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on July 31, 2026, issued a notification regarding Operational Guidelines for Handling of Clients' Unpaid Securities by Trading Members.

The following has been stated:-

•Pursuant to SEBI Circular dated July 03, 2026, the Exchange has issued operational guidelines for the implementation of provisions relating to the handling of clients' unpaid securities, in consultation with SEBI, Depositories and the Broker's Industry Standards Forum (ISF).

•Members are advised to take note of the guidelines and ensure compliance.
