Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange (NSE) on July 31, 2026, issued a circular regarding Colocation Update - Bulk upload facility for IP Message Rate Change requests.

The following has been stated:-

•NSE has introduced a Bulk Upload Facility through the ENIT system, enabling members to submit message rate upgrade/downgrade requests for up to 100 Colocation IPs in a single file, alongside the existing individual request option. 

•The uploaded file must be complete, error-free, and comply with specified validation requirements, failing which the entire request will be rejected with an error report.

•Requests submitted by 3:00 p.m. on a working day will be processed on a best-effort basis within T+5 working days, with the first request per IP each calendar month remaining free and subsequent requests attracting a ₹2,000 processing fee plus applicable taxes. 

•The facility will be effective from August 03, 2026, while all other colocation terms and conditions remain unchanged.
