The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on August 03, 2026, notified regarding the extension of the timeline for enrolment with PaRRVA.
SEBI has extended the deadline for enrolment with the Past Risk and Return Verification Agency (PaRRVA) from August 3, 2026 to September 3, 2026 for Investment Advisers (IAs) and Research Analysts (RAs) who wish to communicate certified past performance data to existing or prospective clients. The extension has been granted following representations from industry participants and PaRRVA to facilitate a smooth implementation of the framework. IAs and RAs who intend to communicate certified past performance data shall complete enrolment with PaRRVA by the revised deadline; failing to do so, they will not be permitted to communicate such certified performance data.
