The Government has notified August 01, 2026, as the commencement date for the provisions of the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2026, relating to Serial No. 22 of the Schedule, which amends the Slum Areas (Improvement and Clearance) Act, 1956.
