The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoLE) on August 04, 2026, issued the Corrigendum to the Employees’ Pension Scheme, 2026.
The following has been stated:
• The Government has issued a corrigendum to the Employees’ Pension Scheme, 2026, published on June 29, 2026, to rectify typographical, textual and reference errors in the Scheme.
• The corrections include replacing “security agreement” with “social security agreement”, “pay” with “wages”, “wage ceiling” with “wage ceiling period”, correcting references to paragraphs and sub-clauses, revising the expression relating to damages payable by employers, and correcting minor textual and numerical errors such as “Fund” to “Funds”, “2,42I” to “2,421”, and “1065b” to “10650”.
