The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) notified regarding the First-Time Registration and Filing of FLA Return 2025–26.

It states that entities that are filing an FLA return for the first time/with a revised UIN (Unique Identification Number) are required to register themselves first to generate login credentials, and afterwards they can file the FLA return. However, entities that have already registered earlier may submit FLA-2025-26 using their earlier login credentials.
