The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on August 07, 2026, notified regarding the mock trading session in the Currency Derivatives Segment on August 08, 2026.
The Exchange will conduct a mock trading session for the Currency Derivatives Segment on August 08, 2026, to enable market participants to test their trading systems and operational readiness. The session will be conducted in two phases, including trading from the Primary Site and a switchover test from the Disaster Recovery (DR) Site.
The schedule for the mock trading session is as follows: Trading Session-1 from Primary Site: Normal Market open time – 11:00 AM and close time – 01:30 PM; Trading Session-2 from DR Site: Normal Market open time – 02:15 PM and close time – 03:30 PM; Trade Modification end time – 03:40 PM. The live re-login window will be available from 04:30 PM to 05:00 PM. Participants are advised to refer to the prescribed annexures containing important instructions for the mock trading session, pre-requisites and general guidelines for participation in the mock environment, and guidelines for switchover of the trading system to the DR Site.
