Secretarial Compliance The National E-Governance Services Limited (NeSL) on August 10, 2026, issued a circular regarding SHCIL e-Stamping System Downtime.

The following has been stated: -

•SHCIL e-Stamping services will be unavailable from August 10, 2026, 8:30 PM to August 11, 2026, 1:00 AM due to maintenance.

•Users are advised to plan their DDE transactions accordingly.

•DDE services for Bihar, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Telangana, and West Bengal will continue to remain available.
