•The document outlines exception-handling mechanisms, including alternative biometric or OTP verification methods, to ensure genuine beneficiaries are not denied benefits due to authentication failures.
•Furthermore, it mandates widespread publicity across media channels to educate beneficiaries on the Aadhaar requirement for receiving seamless cash subsidies and benefits.
