The Kerala Real Estate Regulatory Authority (K-RERA) on July 31, 2026, has announced the launch of online e-filing of complaints through its official web portal, enabling complainants to file complaints in Form M and Form N and pay the prescribed fees online.
The following has been stated:
Complaints and prescribed fees shall be submitted through the K-RERA web portal after completing online registration and login. Complainants are required to fill the prescribed form, upload supporting documents in PDF format, and make online payment of the applicable fee. Any defects identified by the Authority shall be communicated through email and the login dashboard and must be rectified online within the stipulated time. After defect verification, complainants are required to submit physical copies of the complaint and annexures to the Authority, along with copies for each respondent.
