The Government of Rajasthan, on August 13, 2026, amended an older notification No. F.12 (63)FD/Tax/2005-11 dated April 15, 2006 related to conditions and prescribed form for claiming the applicable exemption.
The following has been stated: -
•In the notification,- (i) in condition 3, for the existing expression "a certificate in Form appended hereto.", the expression "a declaration Form in FORM VAT-EXM-O1." shall be substituted; and (ii) the existing Form shall be deleted.
The notification will come into effect from August 15, 2026.
