Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Government of Rajasthan on August 13, 2026, amended an older notification No. F.12(76)FDrrax/2017-102 dated December 20, 2019, related to VAT exemption/concession-related provisions/forms under the Rajasthan VAT framework.

The following has been stated: -

•In the notification, for the existing expression "Form VAT-72", wherever occurring, the expression "FORM VAT-EXM-OI "shall be substituted.

The notification will come into effect from August 15, 2026.
