The Finance Department (Tax Division), Government of Rajasthan, vide Notification dated 13 August 2026, has amended the earlier Notification No. F.12(5)FD/Tax/2023-100 dated 10 February 2023, exercising powers under Section 9(2) read with Section 51 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2025.
The amendment provides that, wherever the expression “Form VAT-II” occurs in the earlier notification, it shall be substituted with “FORM VAT-EXM-01”. This effectively updates the prescribed form reference under the relevant VAT exemption framework.
The amendment shall come into effect from 15 August 2026. Accordingly, from that date, references to Form VAT-II in the specified notification are to be read as references to FORM VAT-EXM-01.
