The Finance Department, Rajasthan on August 13, 2026, issued the notification regarding the amendment to notification no. F.12(102)FD/Tax/10-74 dated September 08, 2010 regarding the “VAT rate of HSD reduce from 18% to 13% for JCTSL/ACTSL”
The following has been stated namely: -
• The existing condition 2 shall be substituted by the following, namely: -
"2. that the purchasing dealer shall generate a declaration Form in FORM VAT-EXM-01 and shall furnish a duly signed copy of FORM VAT-EXM-01 so generated to the selling dealer"; and
• The existing Form shall be deleted.
