Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), on August 21, 2026, informed all members that a mock trading session for the Securities Lending and Borrowing Market (SLBS) will be conducted from the Business Continuity Planning/Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR) site on August 22, 2026. The session is intended to test DR operations and will be followed by a re-login session from the Primary site to avoid login issues on August 24, 2026.

The mock trading session will be conducted from 9:15 AM to 5:00 PM, followed by a Primary site re-login session from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM. No changes are required in the NEAT Adapter settings, and members should retain the live-session settings as of August 21, 2026. During the mock session, the Exchange will shift operations from the Primary site to the DR site through a non-graceful shutdown, requiring members to take necessary action to bring their systems into a consistent state.

Members should also note that all outstanding orders will be purged before trading begins from the BCP site. Members using NNF software are required to clear outstanding Session-1 orders before trading from the BCP site. Further operational instructions, participation prerequisites and DR switchover guidelines are provided in the three annexures to the circular.
