Commercial ComplianceThe Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on August 21, 2026, issued a notification regarding an amendment in Para 1.25 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023.

The following has been stated: -

• Para 1.25(d) of the FTP, 2023 is amended to allow granting of One Star Export House status to applicants (other than for the Gems & Jewelry Sector) who possess export performance in any two out of the three preceding financial years, subject to other provisions of Para 1.25 of FTP, 2023.
