The Government of Haryana on August 24, 2026, notified the Haryana Private Coaching Institutes (Registration and Regulation) Rules, 2026.
The following has been stated: -
•The Haryana Private Coaching Institutes Rules, 2026 prescribe the procedure for registration, renewal and record maintenance of private coaching institutes under the Haryana Registration and Regulation of Private Coaching Institutes Act, 2024.
•Institutes must apply online with a ₹10,000 registration fee, while renewal requires a ₹5,000 fee and must be sought one month before expiry.
•The registration certificate is valid for 3 years, whereas the renewal certificate is valid for 1 year.
•Registered institutes must maintain prescribed records, upload them on their official website and submit requisite information annually to the concerned District Authority.
They shall come into force from August 24, 2026.
